The New Zealand Methodist Women Fellowship (NZMWF) Convention
The New Zealand Methodist Women Fellowship (NZMWF) Convention is to be held on the 16 - 19 October 2025. Registration is close on the 31st August 2025.
All District Report, Statistic Form and Convention Registration forms and fees to be paid by the 31st August 2025.
The Convention shall consist of the

Officers and members of the National Executive Committee,

Convenors of all NZMWF National Committee
-
A South Pacific Area World Federation representative, if living in NZ
-
President, Secretary and Treasurer of each District - Executive
-
One District member representative for each 100 financial members or fraction thereof (District membership representation shall circulate round the Fellowship with due consideration to urban and rural groups)

Four Executive representatives from the Samoan Women's District plus one membership representative for each 100 financial members or fraction thereof

Four Executive representative from the Tonga Women's District plus one membership representative for each 100 financial members or fraction thereof

Four Executive representative from the Fijian Women's District plus one membership representative for each 100 financial members or fraction thereof

Counting down time - 10 more days for our gathering in the heart of South Auckland, known as the gate to New Zealand. As a local, I am proud to welcome you to Mangere.
Madam President, Mrs Lesieli Tiulipe Pope and National Executive Committee are looking forward to host you in our bi-annual Convention, and our last national event since took office in October 2023.
We have 110 registered for Convention 2025.
Important information and notice
- Thursday in Black - please wear black on day one(Thursday 16th October, 2025) - Declare we are part of the global movement for a world without rape and violence (World Churches of Council). In addition, in respect and tributes to members who had left us for eternal peace
- Credit card: You are require a credit card as guarantee at the time of check-in. The card details will be kept on hold and will be removed after you are cleared at the time of check-out. Please let our registration desk know if you need help with this policy.
- Transport to and from Hotel: A non-stop, free, and direct airport shuttle operates 7 days a week, departing from JetPark Hotel every half hour and on the hour, from 04:00 to 21:30. For late-night travellers (22:00 – 03:30), simply reach out to the Hotel for pick-up by calling the hotel at 0800 538 466 or +64 9 275 4100. - Hotel room types: Superior Twin and Deluxe Twin rooms (with two double bed/queen and single bed). You will share with another member, we have done the best we can for room allocation.
- Saturday Formal Dinner - Muumuu Night - Wear your best Aloha/Muumuu. There will be spot prizes-
