Incident Reporting
Incident reporting, incident investigation, and incident registers. It is a simple process to help us track what accidents and mishaps happen and see if we can't stop them happening again.
Incident reporting is in addition to any insurance liability reporting process.
Incident ReportingEmergency Response Plans
An emergency response plan is the "who does what" if something happens. Such as fire, earthquake, accident and so on. Most of our buildings will also require an evacuation scheme approved by Fire and Emergency NZ, and we need to hold regular evacuation drills.
All templates have been updated to align with the Fire and Emergency NZ Evacuation Regulations 2018.
