People have a right to complain

The Methodist Church expects everyone to be treated with respect and dignity. However, if unwelcome or unacceptable behaviour occurs, then it should be addressed as soon as possible.
There is an online form available which will send a complaint directly to the General Secretary.
But in addition, each parish should clearly display a poster that shares how people can submit their complaints about any unwelcome or unacceptable behaviours.
Union parishes will need to display different information that directs complainants to the appropriate partner church relevant to the parish's minister, presbyter or lay person.
