CONFERENCE REGISTRATION 2014


Please go to http://conference.methodist.org.nz read the instructions first and then complete the form

(remember to fill out the form in normal sentence case not all capitals as this makes transferring data to other programmes difficult)

The full Conference Registration Fee is $530. If you REGISTER BY FRIDAY 17 OCTOBER 2014 you will receive an EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT of $40.

The registration fee includes the Agenda, Minutes of Conference, Yearbook and meals

(NOTE that you will not see the Early Registration Discount when you fill out the registration form but when you submit your form the discount will be deducted from your total and this will show in the final price when you receive your confirmation email)

ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER FRIDAY 17 OCTOBER 2014 WILL BE CHARGED AT $530

NOTE: Individuals and Cooperating Ventures will have GST added to these amounts and have a Tax Invoice supplied.


CONFERENCE VENUE'S CAR PARKING

Claudelands Event Centre: There are plenty of car parks at this weekend venue.

WINTEC: There is limited free car parking available at WINTEC in the parking building two top floors. A PARKING COUPON IS REQUIRED. If you would like to be considered for a car park please email Wendy wendyk@methodist.org.nz.

If you have a disability, or are transporting someone with a disability please let us know.

As the number of car parks are strictly limited please carpool wherever possible.

ACCOMMODATION

You will need to make these arrangements. See the Conference home page for a link to a list of accommodation options.


MEALS

Meals during Conference are included in your registration fee as usual.

All meal events (e.g. Wesley Historical Society Dinner) can be booked separately on the registration form as usual (unless otherwise stated on the Day to Day).


REMEMBER
1. You may have one lay representative per stationed presbyter to your Parish/Organisation. For clarification of membership of Conference please refer to the Law Book, Section 7 - click HERE

2. Tauiwi and Te Taha Maori meetings are to be held on Sunday 16 November in the morning.
