• Give regularly.
You can organise an Automatic Payment with your bank to give weekly, monthly quarterly, etc. Click here to contact the Church Office on how to go about this.
• Give using envelopes on Sundays.
A regular collection is taken at all Sunday services. If you wish to receive some Giving Envelopes for this method of giving, contact the Recorder who will arrange this. (Click here) The envelopes are issued quarterly and are a means of keeping a record of your giving. We can then give you a receipt at the end of the financial year so you can claim your tax rebate.
• Give through a bequest.
You may like to consider making a donation to Wesley in your will. A bequest doesn't affect your personal circumstances now but it can make a significant impact on our work in the future. Please ask your solicitor when you alter or make your will, or contact our Parish Treasurer for more information. (Click here)
• Give through your payroll.
Giving direct from your pay through your employer is new to New Zealand. The benefit to you is that you receive a tax credit of 33.3% on all payroll giving donations at the time the donation is made rather than having to wait until the end of the tax year to claim the tax credit.
