Up coming events -

Angel Tree is part of Prison Fellowship which reaches out to children who have a parent in prison.  At Christmas time

presents are delivered to these children.

St Paul's Parish Council has agreed to support this

initiative again this year.

Over the next two months a Christmas Tree with

donation envelopes and a donation box will be put up in the foyer of the Church to collect funds to purchase these presents.

Please support this worthwhile cause.

Chor-farmer is a Male Voice Choir from the Tokyo University of Agriculture founded by conductor Hiroshi Masumoto.

Chor Farmer has held an Australia & New Zealand concert tour every two years since 1977 as a goodwill gesture between the three countries. This year the group plan to be in Taupo between the 8th & 9th of September.

The concert which will be held on Thursday the 8th is world class and a not to be
missed event!!

Their repertoire for the concert includes classical music, traditional Japanese songs, music composed by the conductor especially for the choir and some modern songs to present a well rounded programme.  They usually also include a solo recital by their excellent pianist Masako Yuyama.
