The purpose of our camp is to have a fun and relaxing time together as a church family. Everyone is welcome - Young or old, single, double or family!!! Our programme will include activities, bible study, music, games, beach activities, worship and plenty of time for walks, rest and relaxation.  Camp provides a unique opportunity for us to get to know the other members of our church in a relaxed and informal setting – completely different from the formal settings we most often meet each other.  Church is really about relationship – so camp is really about allowing our relationships to develop.

If you are unable to stay for the whole weekend, day visitors are welcome.

Registration Details

It will be great if everyone wanted to come to camp for the whole time - that is the way you will get the most out of the experience.  However this will not suit everyone, especially if you live locally and love your own bed!  Therefore you are encouraged to join in as much as possible so that you get as much as you can from the experience.

How can I be Involved in the Camp without Staying Overnight:

Usually, on the Friday evening people will be put into groups for the Saturday studies.  If you can’t come on the Friday evening you’ll miss out on some wonderful fellowship and an opportunity to get to know others - but you are still very welcome and encouraged to arrive before 9am on the Saturday and participate fully in the programme.  You will be placed in a group when you arrive.

Please plan to stay the whole day - and go home, if you must, after the concert.

If you only have a little time available during the weekend - what about planning to come out during the free-time on Saturday and enjoy the environment, seaside and fellowship?

Everyone is welcome to come for one or both of the Sunday services and stay for breakfast/lunch.

The Saturday Study Groups will each contribute something during the 11am service so if you plan to be involved in the Saturday programme, but not stay overnight, you might like to plan to come back on Sunday morning and stay for lunch after the service.

The Registration Form enables you to indicate when you plan to be at camp.  If different people from the same household plan to be at camp at different times to each other, please use a separate form for each group - i.e. all the people named on one form will be registering for the same camp involvement.

To help the planning and catering, Registration Forms need to be returned by Sunday 19th February, preferably with payment.  If this is not possible, please make contact to say that your registration is coming.  All payments must be made by the Saturday of Camp at the latest.
