A STORY OF CHANGE - From Grass to Garden
The Trinity Methodist Church Rangiora decided to utilise a piece of grass behind the Church Hall to develop a garden There are five separate plots and a large pumpkin patch.
One plot is available for use by the Boys Brigade Company who meet in our premises.
Produce grown is available to Parishioners for a small donation which is then used to help others in the community through the 'Helping Hands' Project.
The garden is prayerfully and expertly tended by Ray Lilley. As one vegetable variety is harvested another is planted in its place.
See the video for examples of the spectacular growth since this project began in October 2016.
