CONFERENCE REGISTRATION 2013
The Conference Registration Form is now available for you to complete on the Conference Website
Please go to http://conference.methodist.org.nz read the instructions first and then complete the form
(remember to fill out the form in normal sentence case not all capitals as this makes transferring data to other programmes difficult)
The full Conference Registration Fee is $380
If you REGISTER BY FRIDAY 30 AUGUST 2013 you will receive an EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT of $40
The registration fee includes the Agenda, Minutes of Conference, Yearbook and meals
(NOTE that you will not see the Early Registration Discount when you fill out the registration form but when you submit your form $40 will be deducted from your total and this will show in the final price when you receive your confirmation email)
ALL REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER FRIDAY 30 AUGUST WILL BE CHARGED AT $380
NOTE: Individuals and Cooperating Ventures will have GST added to these amounts and have a Tax Invoice supplied.
Shared single-sex accommodation, including breakfast is available at Wesley College for $50 per night. You will be able to book all Wesley College accommodation options on the registration form and payment will be included along with your registration fee.
For those who wish to stay in Motels, these are located in Pukekohe (5-8 minutes away from the College) or Papakura (15 minutes away). You will need to make these arrangements yourself as for previous conferences.
If you are staying at Wesley College on Friday evening, dinner is available at the College and can be booked on the registration form along with your accommodation at an additional cost of $20.
Meals during Conference are included in your registration fee as usual.
All Meal Events (e.g. Wesley Historical Society dinner) can be booked separately on the registration form as usual.
1. You may have one lay representative per stationed presbyter to your Parish/Organisation. For clarification of membership of Conference please refer to the Law Book, Section 7 - click HERE
2. Tauiwi and Te Taha Maori meetings are to be held on Sunday 6 October in the morning.
