The Methodist Church of New Zealand has many thousand members and friends. Probably nearly everyone one of them has at times had an idea of how the Church could be more effective. This is a place where ideas can be collected. A place where one idea can spark another.
Like any bank it relies on deposits. You are invited to submit your ideas and inspirations so that we can be a more innovative and effective people.
Unlike a normal bank this one can't be robbed. Why? Because all the content is free to use, or to adapt. It would be polite however to let others know how their idea has grown, developed, or enabled other ideas to come to birth.

The first step to a more creative life is to cultivate curiosity and interest.
Try to be surprised by something everyday - Be open to what the world is telling you.
Try to surprise at least one person everyday - Ask a question you wouldn't ordinarily ask. Break a pattern, invite someone to a museum, gallery or cafe you never been to before.
Write down each day what surprised you and how you surprised others - so you can be reminded of it later.
When something strikes a spark of interest, follow it.
